Weight 168 which means 150 LBS LOST!!!
Today also marks 1 year from an event that completely changed my life. Unfortunately I cannot openly discuss what it was. Just to be safe. And that event has had a huge impact on my weight -loss being one of the biggest motivating factors.
150 pounds gone is freaking awesome. People who lose that much weight go to Oprah show or are on the cover of People's magazine under "half their size" headline. I am so pround of myself. I have accomplished something most people will never be able to do. I feel I am very special.
Weekend at work was very much fun. My customers keep telling me that I should be modeling. I just laugh them off, but I hear it alot these days.
Breakfast:
2 eggs, 1 cup buckwheat, 8 oz milk, 6 oz orange/pear, 2 tsp oil, 2 tsp tomato sauce, coffee.
Lunch:
4 oz chicken, 1 cup jasmine brown rice, 1 cup chopped raw veggies (celery, peppers), 2 tsp salsa, tea.
Later:
8 oz yogurt, 6 oz kiwi/pear.
