Ok let's get going again.
Breakfast (9 a.m.):
Boiled egg+hamburger = 4 oz total, 1 cup barley/beans, 8 oz milk, 6 oz apple, (no oil), coffee.
Lunch (3 p.m.):
2 oz steamers, 1/2 c beans, 1 cup salad, 1/2 tsp oil, coffee
Dinner (10 p.m.):
2 oz steamers, 1/2 beans, 1 cup raw veggies, 1/2 tsp oil, tea
