April 5

Breakfast:
4 oz meatballs, 1 cup rice/barley, 8 oz milk, 6 oz kiwi/pear, 1 tsp oil, 2 tsp tom.sauce, coffee.

Lunch:
4 oz chicken, 1 cup barley, 1 cup raw veggies, 1 tsp oil, 2 tsp tom.sauce, coffee.

Later:
8 oz yogurt, 6 oz orange.

Nothing much going on, selling shoes 2 days in a row.

Ms. Ingrid you truly are an inspiration to all of us, It's awesome to see how you have done it, though I've not yet discovered barley I'm thinking I'll be looking when I go to the store. I'd appreciate some tips on making it...taste yummy!
