Wednesday, April 9.
Breakfast (8 a.m.):
2 eggs, 1 cup buckwheat, 8 oz milk, 6 oz grapefruit, 2 tsp oil, coffee.
Lunch (2 p.m.):
4 oz steak/meatballs, 1 c barley, 1 c chopped peppers, 2 tsp tomato sauce, tea.
Jogging 35 min.
Later (9:45 p.m.):
8 oz milk, 6 oz kiwi/grapefruit.

Thanks for the compliment. FYI I bought Barley at the whole foods store, but I don't know how to cook it to make it taste yummy...any suggestions? And now buckwheat...how do you cook that?
