May 1

Breakfast (6:45 a.m.):
4 oz egg/hamburger, 1 cup beans/rye/oats, 8 oz milk, 6 oz pear, 1 tsp oil, 1 tsp salsa, coffee.

I ate more today of course, but I forgot what it was.
