Breakfast (6:45 a.m.):
4 oz egg/hamburger, 1 cup beans/rye/oats, 8 oz milk, 6 oz pear, 1 tsp oil, 1 tsp salsa, coffee.
I ate more today of course, but I forgot what it was.

Bob's Red Mill:
Steel Cut Oats
Rye Berries
Creamy Rye Flakes (rolled rye)
Cracked Rye
Hull-less Barley
Trader Joe's:
Quinoa
Oat Bran
Brown Jasmine Rice
Other grains:
River Brown Rice
Hurst's Whole Green Peas
Goya all different types of beans (kidney, black, white etc)
Millet from an international store (russian)
Buckwheat groats from that same russian store
Also starches:
Potatoes
Sweet Potatoes
